On Wednesday, July 22, 2026, the Management Student Association at Djuanda University in Bogor, through the Djuanda Management Competition (DMC) 2026, successfully hosted a talk show that served as an inspiring platform for students to broaden their horizons, enhance their skills, and prepare themselves to face the challenges of the global era.

With the theme “The Role of the Younger Generation in Strengthening National Economic Resilience Amid Global Uncertainty on the Path to Golden Indonesia 2045,” the event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Prof. Dr. Sri Harini, Dra., M.Si. Featuring a speaker who is an expert in his field, Dr. H. Mulyadi, M.M.A., he stated, “Digital transformation will not succeed without a young generation that is innovative, adaptable, and of high integrity. A university is not just a place to learn, but a laboratory for producing leaders who strengthen national economic competitiveness.”

The second speaker, Ilham M. Wijaya, S.E., M.PWK, remarked, “Indonesia doesn’t need more smart people; Indonesia needs many problem solvers,” he said.

Through inspiring presentations and interactive discussion sessions, participants gained new insights into the importance of the younger generation’s role in navigating global economic dynamics and building national economic resilience toward Indonesia Emas 2045.

We would like to thank the speakers, moderators, participants, sponsors, media partners, and the entire organizing committee for their contributions, which made this event a success.

May the knowledge, experience, and inspiration gained from this event serve as a foundation for continued growth, innovation, and making a tangible contribution to society and the nation.
