Assalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb. Greetings, hopefully in carrying out our daily duties, we are all always under the protection of Allah SWT. Aamiin. In connection with the end of the Teaching and Learning Process activities for the Even Semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, we hereby inform you as follows: 1. The Final Semester Examination (UAS) for the Even Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year, God willing, will be held on a scheduled basis from June 19 to 26, 2023. 2. The implementation of UAS is carried out offline in accordance with the schedule determined by the Study Program. 3. Course UAS can be held after the 15th (fifteen) meeting. To lecturers whose number of lecture meetings is still lacking, we ask that you provide additional / replacement lectures no later than Wednesday, June 14, 2023 (Online). 4. Course lecturers are REQUIRED to be present at the time of the UAS implementation to supervise / monitor. 5. The UAS schedule may not be changed, except with the permission of the Head of Study Program / WD 1 at least 2 days before the UAS takes place. 6. For lecturers who are given the mandate to supervise UAS, please be on time. If unable to attend, please immediately find a replacement supervisor and report to WD I two days before the exam. 7. Each course lecturer is requested to submit 2 (two) manuscripts of Main and Substitute exam questions, submitted no later than Thursday, June 15, 2023. Question scripts are sent via email [email protected] 8. For students who cannot take the main UAS due to illness or office duties, they can submit a request to the Vice Dean I to take the Subsequent UAS. 9. Substitute UAS registration is no later than June 30, 2023 by showing evidence that can be accounted for (Certificate of illness from a Doctor / Letter of Duty). 10. The implementation of the scheduled follow-up UAS for regular and afternoon classes, God willing, is planned for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 5, 6 & 7, 2022. (18.30 to 21.00 WIB) 11. The follow-up exam is held only once with a predetermined schedule, and there is no dispensation for follow-up exams. 12. Other Information: a. UAS participants are required to bring KPU (Exam Participant Card) b. UAS participants wear uniforms (white tops, black bottoms, special female students wear black skirts). c. UAS participants are not allowed to use cell phones during the exam and are required to bring a calculator for counting questions or according to the supervisor's instructions. 13. Considering the lecture period for the Even Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year until July 03, 2023, please help Lecturers to submit / input the final score (NA) no later than July 08, 2023, so that it can be processed immediately and immediately reported to PDDIKTI.
