Bogor, 15 August 2023 - Group 16 KKN FEB UNIDA carried out a Thematic KKN work program by digitizing the financial bookkeeping system of GOR BUMDes Cipayung. This work program aims to improve the bookkeeping system, which initially still used a manual method, namely recording income and expenses in the financial book in the BUMDes GOR, to become modern using technology. The idea implemented by group 16 is to combine Google Form as input with Google Spreadsheet as an automatic data processor with various features offered that can be an advantage over manual methods. In general, business actors have their own financial bookkeeping. This aims to be able to evaluate the results or profits of the business being run. Likewise with GOR BUMDes Cipayung, which has conducted bookkeeping for its financial records. However, the current system used manually still has problems.
