Last Updated: 2 weeks ago

The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) is organizing a student leadership training program titled “Karsa Ekoharmoni.” This program will take place on May 16–17, 2026—Saturday and Sunday—and is a collaborative effort between the Management Student Association (HMM) and the Accounting Student Association (Himaksi). This event aims to foster synergy among student organizations to strengthen a sense of community, cultivate leadership skills, and enhance harmony within the faculty.

The event was held at Villa Pesona Antariksa under the theme “Building Adaptive and Collaborative in Harmonious Synergy.” The opening ceremony began on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and was presided over by the First Vice Dean, Dr. Erni Yuningsih, SE, MM, followed by remarks from the presidents of HMM, Himaksi, and the Islamic Economics Student Association, followed by a curriculum presentation by the Head of the Management Program, Dr. Yulianingsih, SE, MM, and Mr. Didi, SE, M.Ak, as the Secretary of the Accounting Program. The event proceeded smoothly, featuring guest speakers from alumni and faculty, including Ms. Lutfiah, SE, MM; Dr. Mas Nur Mukmin, SE, M.Ak; and Mr. Musa Mulyadi, SM, MM. The first day’s agenda included lectures, problem-solving sessions, an art appreciation sharing session, and the second day’s agenda featured character education, spiritual coaching, and an outdoor team-building activity.

We hope this event will strengthen the sense of community among students in the Faculty of Economics and Business, particularly second-semester students in both the Management and Accounting programs.
