ATTENDING BLIBIOMETRIC TRAINING, FE WANTS TO INCREASE PUBLICATION OF REPUTABLE JOURNALS

On Tuesday (30/5/2023) Faculty of Economics lecturers participated in training activities on the use of Blibiometrics in writing scientific papers. The training was attended by Management and Accounting lecturers. In his remarks, the Dean of FE stated that the purpose of this activity was in an effort to facilitate lecturers in publications to fulfill the obligations of lecturers in tridharma activities and add insight to lecturers in writing scientific employees at low cost. As a resource person Dr. Irman Suherman provided Blibiometric training with the use of VOSviewer and Publish or Perish software. Bibliometric analysis is a quantitative method that describes the characteristics of a set of published literature, such as journal articles and conference proceedings. The use of Bibliometric analysis has only been used for the past 2 years, it turns out that it can also qualify in Q1 and sinta 2 scopus journals. With this activity, it is hoped that lecturers can be more motivated in writing scientific papers and of course can fulfill the workload of lecturers.
