Last Updated: 4 months ago

Friday (January 30, 2026) FEB Accounting Study Program lecturer Maria Magdalena Melani, SE, MM conducted a Visiting Lecturer activity at the National University of Malaysia. This activity began with a welcome speech from the Rector and the dean of the National University of Malaysia. The visiting lecture was specifically for the Social Sciences and Humanities program. ASEANACA facilitated this visiting lecture by establishing a sustainable cooperation agreement with the Center for Development, Social and Environmental Studies (SEEDS), which includes student exchanges, lecturer exchanges, scholarship facilities, and accelerated master's degree programs that only take one year to complete. Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia is open to accepting students from Indonesia, providing free dormitory facilities during their studies, as stated in the speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, Prof. Dr. Kadarudin Aiyub. Social Entrepreneurship was also discussed in a joint discussion with the Assistant Dean of Entrepreneurship, Dr. Sarmila Mid Sum. Social Entrepreneurship is not merely an economic activity; it is more about creating an inclusive and sustainable economy and serves as a platform for developing competent and competitive graduates.
