Cilember (September 11, 2025) The Community Empowerment Partnership Team (PKM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Djuanda University, chaired by Dr. Yulianingsih, SE., MM., conducted a Technical Guidance (Bimtek) on the operation of production equipment for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) producing wooden flowers in Cilember Village, Bogor Regency.
This activity is funded by the Directorate of Research, Technology, and Community Service, Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology through Community Empowerment Partnership Contract Number 121/C3/DT.05.00/PM/2025. This program is an implementation of the Pancadharma of higher education in the field of community service, particularly through strengthening the capacity of MSMEs based on local potential.
On this occasion, the PKM team handed over assistance in the form of one flower petal making machine and four circular saw machines to the wooden flower craftsmen. The technical training focused on mastering the technical use and maintenance of tools, accompanied by training in production management and digital-based marketing strategies. Through this activity, it is hoped that small and medium enterprises producing wooden flowers can increase productivity, expand market reach, and support the development of the village's creative economy.
This activity also involved academics, village officials, and business partners of PT. Bahagia Jaya Sejahtera. This collaboration is expected to have a sustainable impact on the development of MSMEs while strengthening its contribution to improving the welfare of the Cilember Village community.
