PKM 02 FEB Conducting Community Service Activities Through Education at Anggrek Early Childhood Education Center in Babakan Madang Village

Last Updated: 10 months ago

Babakan Madang, July 29, 2025 Community Service (PKM) students from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) carried out community activities at PAUD Anggrek Cicadas, Babakan Madang Village. The presence of PKM students in early childhood education aims to assist in the teaching and learning process, accompany children, and support character development from an early age.

This community activity is one way for PKM students to share their knowledge and experience with preschool kids. The students were directly involved in assisting children with learning through play, helping teachers with instruction, and teaching basic values such as honesty, empathy, compassion, and responsibility.

The head of PAUD Anggrek, Mrs. Teti, expressed her hope that the presence of PKM students would bring tangible benefits to the children. “I hope students can share knowledge, share science, teach children empathy, caring, ethics, good morals, honesty, and responsibility for all their responsibilities as students, such as waking up early, attending school diligently, and exploring their knowledge more,” said Mrs. Teti.

Through this activity, it is hoped that the children of Anggrek Cicadas Early Childhood Education Center can enjoy a more enjoyable and interactive learning experience, while also broadening their horizons to continue to be enthusiastic about learning and behaving well. PKM students are also expected to continue contributing positively to society through similar activities in the future.
