Bogor, Wednesday, August 23, 2023 Lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Djuanda University held a community service for MSMEs in Wates Java Village, Cigombong sub-district with the theme "Empowerment of MSMEs and BUMDES Based on Local Wisdom". This activity took place solemnly attended by all lecturers, students, UMKM actors and the Village Secretary and Village Staff. It began with remarks by the Village Head, represented by the Village Secretary, Mr. Wawan. "We would like to thank Djuanda University, especially the Faculty of Economics, for being willing to do service in our village, this service is very helpful for Wates Java Village MSME players both in the field of digital marketing and how to do financial reports. Hopefully the purpose of this service can be sustainable, "said the Village Secretary. Furthermore, the second speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Dr. Dra., Sri Harini, M.Si as well as the opening of the event. "We would like to thank all the village administrators for giving us the opportunity to serve here, hopefully this service can help MSME actors. Maybe we are theoretically familiar, but useful knowledge must be conveyed to the community " Then the presentation of material and training on Digital Marketing delivered by Dr. Erny Amriani Yasmin and Simple Financial Report Training by Mr. Andy Lasmana, SE, MM. After the delivery of material and training, the activity continued with discussion or question and answer, the MSME players were very active in asking questions. At the end of the event, certificates were given to the speakers and souvenirs were given to Wates Java Village. All Lecturers of the Faculty of Economics hope that this service can continue and always provide continuous assistance so that MSME sales increase and are able to improve the economy, especially in Wates Java Village.
