Faculty of Economics and Business Conducts Release of Community Service (PkM) Year 2025

UNIDA's Faculty of Economics and Business (19/7/2025), exactly at 08.30 carried out the Release of Community Service (PKm), carried out festively and sacredly which was attended by around 172 students participating in KKN, DPL, the ranks of the Dean, Prodi and the Chancellor represented by the Vice Chancellor IV. This year's service was carried out in two sub-districts, namely Sukaraja Sub-district and Babakan Madang Sub-district, which consisted of 12 villages.

Vice Rector DR. Yudi Wahyudin, SPi, M.Si said that this PKM has the theme “Strong MSMEs Great Village, meaning that through strong MSMEs it will produce a great village, therefore MSMEs and villages need someone to assist and help so that the goals of MSMEs and villages can be achieved, so students play a role in service,” he said.

Followed by remarks by the Dean of FEB Prof.Sri Harini, Dra, M.Si "UMKM Strong Great Village: Increasing the Competitiveness of Local Products Towards a Resilient Indonesia at the Global Level is a theme that is very relevant to the challenges of the times. In the current national and global economic context, MSMEs are not only the backbone of the economy, but also the frontline in maintaining local economic sustainability and village independence. As part of a higher education institution that upholds the value of monotheism in every aspect of the Tridarma of Higher Education, we at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Djuanda University believe that knowledge is not only to be mastered, but to be shared and utilized for the benefit of the people. This is the essence of community service - applying the knowledge we have to strengthen local potential, empower businesses, and build empowered villages," he said.

Exactly at 09.00 the ceremonial release was carried out by cutting the ribbon and pinning the vest by the Vice Rector and Dean of FEB to the head of the group of 12 groups. Then it ended with musofahah or shaking hands with all PKM participants with the lecturers as a form of saying goodbye and praying for blessings. Goodbye and happy serving economics and business students, leaving together and returning home together.
