FACULTY OF ECONOMICS ACADEMIC COMMUNITY PARTICIPATES IN HALAL BIHALAL 1444 H ACTIVITIES AND THE PEAK OF THE 36TH UNIDA MILAD

On Tuesday (2/5/2023) the Dean and structural ranks, Lecturers and Staff of the Faculty of Economics participated in Halal Bihalal activities with the YPSPIAI Foundation, the University and from the College. Halal Bihalal activities are routinely carried out at the beginning of work after the end of the Eid al-Fitr holiday. On this occasion, Halal Bihalal was held in conjunction with the 36th Anniversary of Unida, the anniversary activities were carried out in a series of activities before Eid in the form of seminars, webinars and competitions between work units. The event began with the recitation of Qalam Ilahi, singing the Indonesia Raya song, YPSPIAI Mars and Unida Hymn followed by a prayer. On this occasion, the Chairperson of the Milad and the peak of Unida's 36th Milad event, Dr. Hj. Endeh Suhartini, SH, MH, said that the Unida Milad event was filled with activities and competitions that had been held which were attended by all faculties and work units within Unida before the Eid holiday, which were contested including website competitions, clean toilet competitions, office lobby competitions, office garden competitions, tiktok competitions, scientific work competitions, choir competitions. Then the Rector of Unida Prof. Mohamad Ali Mulazzaky, Ph.D in his speech said that there are 3 things that must be considered, namely 1) commitment to the profession such as planning in making proposals 2) Culture, academic people must have an academic culture based on the foundation of science. 3) standards refer to the main performance indicators (IKU). Cansellor Unida Prof. Dr. H. Martin Roestamy provided direction and motivation to all Unida people, a paradigm shift is needed that all Unida people must be able to recognize their identity, be self-aware and aware of competition and it is hoped that all people must be involved and involve themselves towards Unida Unggul. In the end, Unida must be able to benefit Bogor, West Java, Indonesia and the world. A speech from the Chairman of the Foundation Dr. Bambang Widjojanto with the theme "Realizing a Godly Campus" stated that halal bihalal activities can be used as material for reflection to become a better person and there is no choice that Djuanda University must carry out a transformation without pause with a clear direction and guided by a Roadmap formulated and agreed upon by stakeholders, namely the trustees and administrators of the foundation, all elements in the Rectorate and Deans at the University and faculty so as to realize a World Class University. The halal bihal event was closed with greetings and hospitality activities with all participants present with the Cansellor, Foundation, Rectorate. While the hospitality event is served a variety of free snacks that have been provided.
