Monday (10/27/2025) The Faculty of Economics and Business held a public lecture with the theme “Building Excellent Indonesian Human Resources with an International Outlook and Tauhid Character in the Era of Digital Transformation.” This event featured a guest speaker who is an expert in human resource management. The event, held in Building C, was attended by students taking the HRM course along with representatives from several students within the Faculty at Djuanda University. The guest speaker for this event was HR expert Heddy R. Piliang, SH, MM, DIRI, CHRA, CHCM, and the moderator was Management lecturer Awa, S.Sos, MM. In her opening remarks, the Dean of FEB, Prof. Dr. Sri Harini, M.Si, said that in the current era of digital transformation, it is important to create a generation that is not only globally competent and adaptable to technological advances, but also has integrity, ethics, and strong spiritual values as a moral foundation in facing the challenges of the modern world. May this activity enhance the knowledge and understanding of students, particularly those enrolled in the Human Resource Management course.
