FEB UNIDA Lecturers Monitor Students in the 2026 Impactful Student Program in West Sumatera

One of the lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Djuanda University, Mr. Saepul Anwar, S.Ak. M.Ak, visited and monitored students participating in the Community Service Program for Impactful Students: Community Empowerment in Disaster Recovery in Sumatra, which took place from Tuesday to Sunday, February 17-22, 2026, in the Nagari Tanjung Sani area, Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency, West Sumatera.

This monitoring activity is part of the commitment of Djuanda University and the Faculty of Economics and Business to ensure that the program is implemented in accordance with its objectives, namely to encourage students to make a real contribution to solving problems and recovering from the impact of disasters on affected communities in the surrounding area. Through this activity, a direct review is conducted on the progress of program implementation in the field, the alignment of activities with the proposal and promised outcomes, the impact of activities on partners and target communities, as well as identifying the challenges faced by students and solutions that can be optimized in the field.

Students participating in the program also presented the interim results of the activities, including innovations that have been implemented, the number of beneficiaries, and follow-up plans after the program. From the interim monitoring results, the program showed positive developments in terms of community participation and capacity building of partners. The monitoring activity was concluded with a discussion and evaluation session between the supervising lecturers, students, and partners to strengthen synergy and optimize program achievements.

With intensive supervision and guidance from lecturers, Djuanda University and the Faculty of Economics and Business are committed to continuing to support the implementation of the Impactful Student Program as part of adaptive, collaborative higher education transformation oriented towards real solutions for the community, especially communities affected by disasters in the Sumatera region.
