FEB UNIDA Lecturers Assist Cilember Wooden Flower Craftsmen to Go Digital Through Omni-Channel Marketing

CILEMBAR, BOGOR — The Community Service Team (PKM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Djuanda University (FEB-UNIDA) held training and mentoring for wood flower craftsmen in Cilember Village, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. This activity aims to increase the market reach of local products through the application of omni-channel marketing strategies.

The training, which was held on September 1, 2025, was led by Dr. Yulianingsih, S.E., M.M., along with team members Awa, S.Sos., M.M., and Farizka Susandra, S.E., M.Sc, and assisted by students Siti Ila Sulaila, Resti Rohayati, and Muhamad Rois Fahmi Khafabih.

This event was also attended by the Secretary of Cilember Village, Chairul Saleh; the Head of Cilember Village MSMEs-IKMs, M. Abun; and the Head of the Cisarua Subdistrict MSMEs-IKM Forum, Muhammad Marlino Romansyah.

According to the Head of the PKM Team, Dr. Yulianingsih, the omni-channel marketing strategy is an effective solution for MSME players in the digital era. “Through this approach, various sales channels, including social media, marketplaces, and physical stores, can be integrated. Thus, consumers can enjoy an easier and more practical shopping experience.”

During the training, participants received material on digital marketing strategies, social media utilization, and marketplace optimization to expand market reach. In addition, the PKM team also provided intensive assistance so that omni-channel strategies could be implemented sustainably.

This program is expected to help Cilember wood flower crafts penetrate a wider market, even beyond the Cisarua area. This activity is also part of FEB-UNIDA's commitment to supporting the development of local MSMEs through the application of science and technology.
