FEB Lecturers and Students Participate in the 2026 ICOSTELM International Conference

Thursday (January 29, 2026) lecturers and students of the Faculty of Economics and Business attended an international conference. This conference was organized by the ASEANACA network in collaboration with various partner universities. The delegation from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Djuanda University, was represented by Maria Magdalena Melani, SE., MM as a presenter and active participant. The topic presented in the parallel session was titled “Analysis of the Sustainability Professional Code of Ethics for Accountants to Corporate Culture.” The delegation also attended the plenary session featuring keynote speakers and participated in academic workshops discussing current research methodology issues and strategies for writing international articles. Three student delegates from the Faculty of Economics and Business who participated in student mobility also actively presented at this international seminar. Two students from the Management Study Program, Dian Hermawan and Albi Sahal, raised the topics “Improving Employee Performance Through Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Organizational Commitment” and “The Influence of Financial Knowledge and Financial Attitudes on Financial Behavior with Financial Self-Efficacy as an Intervening Variable.” Accounting student Lesya Adinda Salsabila presented her research on “Analysis of Regional Original Income Growth (Pad) with Klassen Typology Approach in Bogor Regency.”
