[Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia] August 27, 2025 – As part of efforts to expand cooperation networks, particularly in the field of International Cooperative Networks between universities, the FEB Delegation from Djuanda University attended a cooperation exploration event and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Universiti Keusahawanan Koperasi Malaysia (UKKM) on August 27, 2025, in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
The MoU was signed by the Rector of Djuanda University, represented by Prof. Dr. Ir. Anggraeni, M.Si, together with Datuk Mohd Ali Mansor as Chairman of the Malaysian Cooperative Institute (IKMa). The scope of this cooperation covers various fields, including faculty and student exchanges, joint research in the fields of cooperatives, entrepreneurship, and community economic development, seminar programs, workshops, and international conferences, as well as curriculum development and training based on industry and community needs.
Representatives from the Malaysian Cooperative Institute, namely Datuk Mohd Ali Mansor, welcomed this synergy and collaboration, while Djuanda University was represented by several lecturers from various faculties, including the Faculty of Economics and Business, Djuanda University, namely Mr. Saepul Anwar, S.Ak., M.Ak, and several other lecturers, such as Prof. Dr. Ir. Anggraeni, M.Si. – Animal Science Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Asep Thobibuddin Qolyubi, S.H., M.H. – Law Program, Faculty of Law, Nadia Amalia, S.Kom., M.AP. – Communication Science Program, Faculty of Social and Communication Sciences, and Arti Hastuti, S.T.P., M.T.P. – Food Technology Program, Faculty of Halal Food Sciences.
Through the signing of this MoU, both institutions, especially the Faculty of Economics and Business, have a golden opportunity to establish international networks while contributing to the development of cooperative science and practice, which is one of the important pillars of economic development in the Southeast Asian region.
